사랑은 예쁜 아이들에게만 해당한다는 것을

깨끗한 피부에 미소를짓는 고교생을 위한것이라는 

그 아이들은 일찍 결혼을해서 사라지지요. 

발렌타인은 알지도 못했죠.

젊은날 금요일 밤이면  애인이 있는 척하며

 한번더 예쁘게 꾸며 보려 시간을 보냈죠.

못생긴얼굴을 가진 우리들은

사회적인 매력이 결핍되었고

절망적으로 집에 머물러 있으면서  

전화로 연인을 만들어 보았죠

 그러면서 목소리로 이상한 말을 우물거리죠

열일곱살 나이에 어울리지 않는 일들이죠.

 

싸구려옷을 입은 갈색 눈의 소녀가 있었어요

그 아이의 이름을 제대로 발음한 적이 없는데 

말하기를 "가여운것, 저렇게 애인을 섬겨대는 꼴이란..... 

그들이 언젠가 대가를 치르게 될거야 "

 

부자와 인연이 있는 고향의 예쁜아이는  

그녀가 원하는것과 결혼을 하고

사교적인 모임이 보상되었고

늙은 뒤에 안식처도 보장된 결혼을 하죠.

 게임에서 이긴 승자들을 기억하세요.

얻고자 하던 사랑을 잃었어요.

 

사회적인 신분이라는 채무증서로

또한 모호한 성실과 정직으로 

조그만 마을의 사람들은 당신을 멍청하게 쳐다 보겠죠.
